About Our Company |
|
|
We are young and an enterprising company
engaged in manufacturing and importing of high quality sintered bronze porous
filter elements material for filtering liquids & gases even and accurately
controlled pore size. Some of the features of our products are ductility and
strength. The high pressure filters, filter accessories and plates manufactured
by us are used in different pneumatic, welding equipment and in fluidization
process. The products manufactured by us are known for their durability and
strength. |

What We Do |
Flamingo Filters manufacturers high quality sintered bronze porous
filters elements. (FF) material for filtering liquids & gasses produced by
power metellurgy method. It is produced from spherical bronze metal powders of closely
controlled particle size to give a rigid porous bronze structure of uniform pore
dimentions
The use of Flamingo Filters elements is advised where the most permeable, inexpensive
filtering method is required. As it is having tin content of 11% they are non-corrosive
towards most of chemical fluids. The whole basis of the structure and superior filtering
qualities is in the sperical from the metal powders used and the packing of the
uniform spheres. Each pore represents the space
contained between

Determines the even and accurately controlled pore size. The ductility and strength
of this metallic structure increases the resistance to impact and the suitability
for high pressure filtration in both directions of flow. Flamingo Filters
are stronger
than other types and because of their distinctive cellular structure they have a
higher permeability for given fineness of filtering. This means that either a lower
pressure may be used for the same flow rate, or that fewer elements are needed at
the same pressure. Another important characteristic is the amount of oversize material
they are capable to retaining before it is necessary to resort to cleaning. In this
way the filters have an almost indefinite life and are easily cleaned, either by
washing or by reverse flow |
